Very knowledgeable, friendly.
I have had him for several years. He seems great. Got me to specialists when needed, and is a no nonsense kind of doctor. I've been impressed.

disappointed
he spent most of the appointment typing into the computer, seemed annoyed with me when I attempted to talk to him about my concerns, signed me up for tests without discussing them with me, I only saw it on the after visit summary. Very much a doctor who will tell you what you will do and when, not open to discussion or accept any input from the patient.

He was so detailed orientated in my health care. He did the extra tests and caught what other doctors couldn't. He listened to what I had to say. He doesn't have that ego like some Doctors do. I'm so blessed! Namaste. And his nurse Jesse is a sweetheart who truly cares. Finally healthcare providers that give a damn.

I had a bad experience with this doctor. He didn't know me and when my doctor retired he was the one that they sent me to. He refused to look at my test results and accused me of things that were updated on the next page. He apparently doesn't know basic chemistry and had no desire to ask anyone about things he couldn't grasp the concept of. He made a big mess for me and I am unable to find anyone at Aurora Sturgeon Bay to help me so because of this doctor, their level of patient trust is 0.

After my primary care doc retired, I was switched to Dr Akashdeep. The first thing he did was quickly glanced at my chart in the room for the first time and decided I was on too high of a dose of pain meds, which I alread voluntarily cut from 15 a day to 2. He didn't listen when I had an issue which I was more concerend with, and I just kept on with the pain meds. I have already told my friends to stay away from him since he is so condescending and dismissive that I left that place in tears.
