Dr. Kunal Gupta, MD

I was at his Holmdel office right on time for my appointment, I even got an e-mail less than 24 hours before my scheduled time, but no one showed up. I called his Freehold office & they confirmed that I had an appointment just as I said, they didn't even know where he was.This is the second foul up he made.

Dr Gupta was great with following up on my medical issues after I left the hospital. He answered all my questions and concerns . Dr Gupta’s is friendly and informative and explained issues in a manor that is understandable. I would recommend him and feel that I am in good hands.

Took me over a month to finally see Dr. Kunal Gupta. I didn't get to see him because of the secretary. When I spoke with her on the phone I knew she was going to be troublesome. I went in for my appointment and she basically kicked me out making up an excuse. There were two women behind the desk clearly doing nothing. I feel they kicked me out so they could continue doing nothing. I would have scheduled to see a different gastro if I had known these people weren't willing to work. Why would you schedule me as a patient. Have me wait over a month and then turn me away the day of the appointment. If something was wrong and you couldnt take me as a patient it should have been figured out before putting me on the schedule. I lost time and money cuz I took off work for nothing. Worst secretary ever. She seemed like a true Karen. Workers like that destroy good peoples businesses.

Dr. Kunal Gupta and his teams in Freehold and Old Bridge are great. They take their time, follow-up. Great service and care.

Dr. Gupta is kind and considerate. He explains all procedures and answers all questions in detail. The staff is also friendly and helpful.

I have been seeing Dr Gupta for about 5 yrs now. He is very understanding and listens . I originally went to him for acid reflux and routine testing during my 5 years during routine bloodwork another more serous problem arouse with my liver. He caught it right away and referred me to a specialist in NYC . for evaluation I still follow up with Dr Gupta once a year now as he is my Primary gastro . I have to say I only have positive feed back to give about dr Gupta

I am a new patient of Dr. Gupta, and I felt like I was not taking serious. I have a health issue that occurs every 3 months and looking for someone to correct my health for good. Last week contacted him via portal (as advised by him because he will respond immediately) for advice on what I should do. He did not respond for 5 days and stated it was viral infection. Luckily I did not take his advice and went to ER and was diagnosed with serious condition. Save your time and find a REAL doctor

Horrible experience! Waited for over 1 month for my test results, and I had to call them! So when I did,they asked for my email so they could send it ! I said no thank you ,I will gladly find another doctor and I will release my consent form and have him or her receive it ! The secretaries were one of the worst I dealt with ! Total trash ! I was hoping to leave 0 star's, but unfortunately you can't !

Have only good things to say about Dr. Gupta. Very compassionate and thoughtful and helpful with suggestions.

He is knowledgeable and really listens to your concerns. He also explains everything so the patient understands. He is truly a caring Doctor.

I wish I could say that I had a good experience, but I was unable to get past the front desk. Listen, don't hate me or others; hate the job. Just my opinion. I wish I caught her name. As someone who worked in the Garment District I know how important the first person you see and deal with will make or brake your company. I hope others have a better/positive experience.
