One of the best PCP I've ever had!
Thank you to everyone who left reviews here. Thanks to you, I was able to get established with Dr. Gugnani back in 2022, and I'm feeling healthier than I have ever been in my life! Dr. Gugnani listens attentively, and is very inspired! I always feel heard and understood, and able to get healthier after leaving an appointment with Dr. Gugnani! He allows his patients to own their own health decisions, and encourages me to keep going in my search for knowledge on how to care for my physical body. I am so very grateful that he acknowledges that he doesn't know everything so he will refer me to specialists. I genuinely appreciate Dr. Gugnani. His staff is terrific as well except for one lady who is always grouchy and rude. I think she is just a miserable human who would benefit from some counseling and therapy. She should not be in a patient-facing position, and I hate having to interact with her. I always hope that I'll get to check in with one of the other people.

Very satisfied...
We have been patients of Dr. Gugnani for several years now and we are very pleased with his care for us. If something is wrong with one of us that is not in his area of expertise he refers us to the appropriate specialist. The nurses and techs are wonderful, as are the ladies at the front desk. He has always been honest with us and answers our questions in a way we can understand.

I really like this doctor, he truly cares for his patients and if you're not going to take your health seriously, he'd rather you go to someone else. I haven't been to see him in almost 2 years because I didn't have health insurance, I'm so happy he's a provider with United Health.

Excellent diagnostician. If he does not have an answer, he will employ a specialist. He's not afraid to tell you what he thinks you should be doing.

Everything was ok in the beginning. Considering my situation and trauma involved. Thanks for really not doing a whole lot except prescribing meds. I miss two oppintments and I did call and explain. Nope I get the cold shoulder and a day after. I get a letter, then I get a phone call from his secretary. Im dismissed. That's somebody who is a Dr and thats how your treated. I feel like I explained my situation to the Dr. And just get disguarded like a piece of trash. Thanks for your buisness... lol

I avoid the doctor as much as possible, that being said I went to Dr Gugnani for a physical/wellness visit as it was a requirement for my job. I was pleasantly surprised by Dr. Gugnani and his staff, there was no waiting at all and he did a good job of explaining (at my level) what all the tests and numbers mean to my health. He also seemed generally interested in me and my well being, I didn't feel like just another anonymous patient.

For the first time in my life I am having spine issues that have caused me severe pain. I was given nerve medicine and muscle relaxers. I called a few days later because the pain worsened he didn't want to give me pain medicine but did. I was going to therapy after returning to work my work wanted a doctors note and he said he wouldn't cover all the days because I didn't contact him more about the pain and complain more. Complaining is not what I do I try to be strong and hope pain will stop.

Dr. Gugnani refuses to listen to patients and he is quite frankly a narcissistic jerk. He also believes that any patient in chronic pain is just looking to score narcotics. I think that he is a terrible doctor and I would certainly advise against seeing him.
