Dr. Brewster is very short tempered. I am on long-term pain management medicine (opioid) and he told me it was a "law" that I see him every month & if I didn't he would send me to pain management therapy which is costlier for me. There is no LAW regarding how often I have to be seen. As others have pointed out, if you try to mention something other than what you have made your appointment for, he will tell you, you have to make another appointment. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Like the person from Hood River, he said he didn't have time to deal with more than one issue...even when I had developed chest pain over the weekend. Never went back; will not recommend him to anyone. Very whiny and unprofessional. Gresham, OR

My husband and I have been blessed to have Dr Brewster as our PCP for the last several years. He has a pleasing personality and has always explained things very well. One of the tests he suggested my husband take turned out to be a real life saver as a large aneurysm was detected. He referred him to a surgeon who successfully treated the condition. We are moving and have to find a new doctor. We will certainly miss Dr Brewster. He was not just a good Dr, but also a good friend.

Dr. Brewster has been my doctor since April of 2019. Dr. Brewster is compassionate. He listens to what you have to say, and helps you to work out what is wrong. He always follows up on all things set forward. I have never felt as though my opinion did not matter, he has always included me in any plan of action we work it together. I look forward to Dr. Brewster being my doctor for the long term.

This Doctor does not seem to know what he's doing. He is gruff and grumpy and does not seem to care about your health. He loves to sit at his computer and type away your session. All he is worried about is how many patients he can see in a day. He has a 20 minute rule and that's it. My health was getting worse seeing this doctor. Now he will not agree to renew my high blood pressure medicine because I complained about my treatment.

I was not pleased with Dr. Brewster at all. He seemed rushed and said he only had time to diagnose one condition. I like many senior people have multiple and interrelated health issues but Dr. Brewster did not seem to care, have the time, patience, customer relationship skills whatsoever. He may know medicine but refuses to share his knowledge and is somewhat condescending. He makes sure that his assistants spend as much time as possible with you so that he can spend the minimum time.
