Dr. Brueckert is the most practical physician I have ever seen. He was the doctor on call the two times I went to the walk-in clinic in Oconomowoc, and both times he got down to the root of the issue by asking a lot of questions and gaining a thorough understanding of what led to the reason for seeking treatment. He is knowledgeable, professional and takes time to really understand what is going with his patients. His medical advice is sound and trustworthy. I wish my family could establish regular care with him!

Super friendly, funny - very caring. It was nice to have all 3 of the above in an appointment where I had to have a COVID test done.

I came to urgent care when I was very sick. When I questioned the medication he prescribed he responded in a cruel and judgemental tone. When I told him I felt that his response was disrespectful he said, 'I can see where this conversation is going' and stormed out of the room. Being treated like that on top of being sick is not okay. Very unprofessional.
