Did not get seen.
I made an appointment Online but was told when I came in that Doctor Kang was not going to see me because he was not taking new patients and I had to call the Call Center and book with whoever was taking appointments. If I couldn't be seen the Office should have made some kind of arrangement. When Doctor Thong left the practice I was trying to get set up with someone new. I called back and booked with Doctor Mankin who was not available until December.

Awesome new patient visit
It was my first appointment as a new patient and I was treated as if I was seen there for years Dr. Kang and the entire staff was extremely nice and had outstanding patient service. Dr Kang. Was very detailed and showed he cared for his patients.

Great Doctor!
He was very polite and receptive. It was my first visit and I was a little nervous to be judged but he made me feel heard . He is also very diligent and problem solving.

Knowledgeable and Invested
The dr reviewed history, cared about where I was in my medical journey and also seemed to be very interested in what other past medical providers had been doing with my care in order to make sure my current situation was the best it can be. He took time with me, asked questions and offered solutions. I appreciated his thoughts and approach.

One of the best docs
I had Doc. Kang when he was with Memorial Health care. He left and wasn't in my plan any longer. I just found out he is with my current plan and came back because he is a team player with your health. He doesn't tell you that you have to do this or that. He takes time to listen to you instead of rushing you out. He is such a great person I normally don't review people.

Discouraging
I felt like he did not care about what I was going through. He spent more time telling me what he wasn't going to do than discussing a plan for treatment. I wanted to know what options I had. I left feeling hopeless.
