Dr. Kushagra Maini, MD

Dr. Maini listened to my concerns and answered my questions. I didn't feel rushed. He was respectful.

I always have had communication issues with this office and knowing that my insurance is going to end on December 31, 2023, I called Dr. Maini‘s office 13 times and spoke to people on all different levels all the way up to office manager and explain my issues and my pain which is a 10 on the scale of one through 10. I have since developed very bad, pudendal nerve issues and fight stand for more than just a few short minutes, my pubic directional area become completely paralyzed and I do not feel feel anything. I am urinating or for issues as well. I would be able to grab my private parts and not feel it at all. it is extremely scary to feel that area and really It’s not feeling it at all. It’s just touching you it.

I had eight bulging discs and had to wait six weeks for injections that did nothing to relieve the pain. I had to make over three visits to the emergency room because the pain was so severe. When I called the office, I was told he didn't prescribe medicine for pain and that they were waiting for insurance approval. The fact is, they received approval within two days of my first visit. Shots did nothing to relieve the pain.

Dr. Maini takes the time to fully discuss your problems. Never felt rushed and felt comfortable with asking questions.The main problem I have with Dr. Maini's practice is the front desk. No one seems to know what their responsibilities are. I have talked on the phone many times trying to get through to one person, I l leave a message and I might get a call back after a couple of days!! Very poor management!!

I had a very good First visit with Dr.Maini. He lastenesityksen my neurological issues, offered sound solutions and showed kind and caring attitude towards me.
