Dr. Patel was very knowledgeable in my problem with trigger finger and took the time to explain the issue. He made me feel comfortable with the choice of treatment he suggested and was very supportive, positive and professional.

Doctor Patel is a professional and he is very knowledgeable and informative . I’m glad I chose the right Hand Doctor. Dr Patel explained everything well and is very pleasant and friendly. My surgery went well and recovering. Dr Patel did inform me that it will take up to a year for full results . Dr Patel will be doing my left hand and elbow soon. Dr.Patel did an excellent job on my wrist surgery as well as my dislocated elbow. He explained my injury details and is plan of action. He was very good at encouraging me that I will be healing as soon as possible while going to therapy. He also answered all questions I asked him during post op visits. I really felt very comfortable with his help in my healing .

At first he was very helpful and seemed very concerned about my pain. I saw him because I had a mystery mass on my left index finger that was causing me a lot of pain and affecting my work. He had me run all the tests; an xray, an ultrasound, and mri. However nothing came up on any of the tests. We tried a steroid injection into the site and that briefly worked for a few months until the pain came back even worse. At this point it had been months into seeing him. Then he told me he didn't know what was wrong with me and recommended me to some other doctors. All were outside my health insurance coverage so I had to go on a wild goose chase to find a new doctor to help me. Fast forward to today and I apparently owe him over 1000 dollars for an old appointment that was supposedly covered by insurance already. I'm crushed and heartbroken. Feels like a stab in the back after he wasn't able to help me at all.

I like how he took time to explain why surgery was needed and what it should accomplish. My only regret is that I didn’t ask what to do about the pain until surgery.

Dr Patel is an expert in his field. He has helped me with 2 problems with my hand and wrist. He is WONDERFUL He explains everything. Has steady hands and an excellent clinician giving me NO pain when I needed an injection in my lower thumb.

I was seen by Dr. Patel after a knife injury to my dominant hand (Nov, 2019). He was efficient, thorough and professional in assessing my symptoms and scheduled me for surgery immediately. He explained in detail the nature of my injury (partially severed medial nerve), the surgery required, and the prognosis afterwards. He was attentive to my concerns and provided comprehensive answers to my questions. At the same time, his demeanor was consistently patient friendly and encouraging.
