Ego Maniac, Dismissive, inattentive, hostile
He completed dismissed my partner’s level 10 pain and incontince. He said go home and feel better. We were in this hospital for over 3 hours, and he only spent 4 minutes in the room with us. The first two minutes were him tapping my partners back and legs. He then left and only returned after he found out I had requested the nurse to get a different doctor for a second opinion. He raised his voice at us and told us we were not entitled to a second opinion, that if we wanted treatment, we should leave and go somewhere else. He was laughing at us, rolling his eyes, and dismissing every concern. He didn’t even seem like he believed that my partner was is pain. He was entirely unprofessional. The charge nurse recommended I file a grievance, and I have. When I spoke to the “complaint department”, the woman was not surprised to hear his name. He will try to prescribe you pain pills. Update: just got a call that my partners spine is fractured. Lewis discharged him with a fractured spine.

I have to come to ER for high BP. My attending physician was Dr. Lewis. He listened, very clear of his instruction and was very proactive to require testing for my CT scan, EKG & blood tests for potassium level. He was very well mannered and I would recommend him to others.

Went to the ER in extreme pain. he later discharged me with constipation. Did not want to do a CT Scan even though my symptoms were screaming appendix issues. Upon being discharged I returned to the hospital to have emergency surgery from almost dying of a ruptured appendix. Do not confide your trust in this man.
