Dr. McClntock is a great doctor. I first met him with a life threatening emergency. Not only did he help, he guided me over the next year through a complex series of surgeries and treatments resulting in a “ better than before” result. This happened because he listened, I listened, and he provided expert care.

My shoulder pain
Dr. McClintock was excellent! He was an attentive listener and took his time explaining my imaging to me in a way that was understandable. He evaluated my shoulder and developed a treatment plan that we both agreed on. I really felt like my concerns were heard and taken into account. I'm currently in physical therapy and 90% of my pain is gone, I couldn't be happier! I would absolutely recommend him to family and friends!

The few times I've been to his office not once did he or his physicians assistant explain my injury to me nor did they explain my treatment options... They truelly made me feel that I was bothering them and they had more important patients to see, especially an office staff's family member.

Great Doctor
I was referred to Dr. McClintock for a second opinion for my fractured arm. He was very through on reviewing my injury. He had me get new X-rays. He reviewed them, gave me his opinion on my next steps towards recovery. He answered all my questions. If I get any future injuries (which I hope doesn't happen), I will definitely want Dr. McClintock to treat me. Highly Recommend!!!!!

Successful treatment
Dr McClintock knew immediately what was going on with my hand. I had 3 options. I took the choice of least resistance and pain. I took my last pill this morning. I have had 90% relief from medication alone. I hope it lasts as I’d like to avoid another surgery.

Dr. McClintock did my left reverse shoulder replacement in April, 2022. I had ABSOLUTELY NO PAIN. I found this so remarkable that I had him do my right reverse shoulder replacement on 4/11/2023. So far, all is going very well. Jessica V. has done a great job of checking on me and answering post op. questions. All in all, I would give Dr. McClintock and staff Five Stars and my deepest thanks. So Thankful after years of pain
After over 15 years of debilitating pain in my right shoulder, I finally went and took care of it. Dr. McClintock suggested doing a reverse shoulder and we scheduled my surgery. Im two weeks out from surgery and my shoulder feels better than it has in 15 years. I am kicking myself for not getting it done sooner. I am looking forward to returning to my normal life and I feel like I finally can live pain free. Thank you Dr. McClintock and staff!

YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!
I’m not getting into a lengthy review. He gave me a sub prime shoulder replacement in March, his staff Nichole and Kennedy were the rudest most unprofessional human beings I’ve ever dealt with I couldn’t even get a bandage change when asked at week 4. I was told I’d be contacted “ at the appropriate time!” Well that time never came and I literally had to fight them to be seen at week 7. Since then he has fired both of them but too little too late. I was left with no pain medication or medical attention with a prosthetic grinding against my collar bone. I am a week out of corrective surgery and doing great. This place is the epitome of hack and slash medicine if your goal is to be left in pain, spoken to like your trash and eventually wind up needing another surgery to fix what they did then this is the place for you!!! If not find another surgeon

Not accessible to patients
Dr McClintock is a nice guy, but he's not "there" for his patients- at least in our experience. If you call or email with a question, he's apparently too busy to give you the time of day. I also know of another patient that called with an urgent matter needing advice and the staff treated that patient like they were a bother and didn't try to get them help from the doctor. I want a doctor/surgeon that cares and will respond and be there for his patients.

After many years, the discomfort in my right shoulder was to the point where I could no longer lift my arm over my head, or objects over 20lbs. I really hoped I would never have to have shoulder replacement surgery, but my shoulder condition was worsening, and I had to do something about it. My primary care doctor recommended I see Dr. McClintock since he was a dedicated elbow and shoulder ONLY specialist. Following our first consultation, for the first time since the discomfort started in my shoulder, I was hopeful. Dr. McClintock’s approach to the surgery was a much more conservative and less invasive procedure than other doctors I interviewed. 18 days after surgery, I started physical therapy. My physical therapist was impressed with the results. There was very little post-surgery bruising and no swelling. I am just so grateful to Dr. McClintock for his skill and expertise. I feel a renewed confidence in being able to use my right arm and shoulder again. Thank you, Dr. McClintock!
