Dr. Kyle Nelman, MD

I went in with knee pain , and did not know I had bone on bone arthritis! Great radiologist., reviewed my history and listened to my lifestyle issues. Dr Nelman put the X Rays up and tactfully made suggestions for immediate relief. Did not push immediate surgery even tho I am a senior. He gave me a shot of cortisone and I didn’t even feel it! Great doctor and well managed facility.

Dr. Nelman took time during the initial visit to understand my usual state of activity and despite my age, recognized I would not simply want to treat symptoms. He asked my ultimate goals which were to return to active cycling, doing 50 milers on my road bike and clipping in and out without hesitation or pain.

Dr Nelman and his PA’s have been seeing me since 2023. Each visit I can describe as such - good communication, no fears or anxiety, great patient awareness and understanding. His team has always been knowledgeable, supportive, and positive.

I saw Dr Nelman’s PA Jess. She has been wonderful and taken good care of me post op from my knee scope in July and my visit just a week ago. Both took the time to listen to what my knee issues were and gave me suggestions on the proper care that I needed to take with my knee.

The whole team was very professional. Caring and very nice every one I had contact with.

Dr Nelman was very nice and he was thorough at explaining the problem with my knee before surgery and what he did during my surgery. His staff was very kind and responsive to my questions.

I saw Dr Nelman a few years ago for knee injury. I saw his assistant Kessica yesterday for shoulder injury. They both are very professional, listened to me, explained their findings with me, explained what to do and possibly future treatments. Staff are all wonderful. I wold highly recommend them to everyone!

Dr. Nelman is more than a doctor, he is a friend. He explained everything thing, so you could understand what’s happening to my knees. He went over the x-rays and showed me why I was in so much pain. The morning of surgery, he asked how I was doing. Dr. Nelman and I have a joke going on between us about taking pictures. I told him I figured out a way to do it, put my selfie stick on IV stand. He laughed at that one. When I was being wheeled into operating room, he told everyone to search me. I love the way we can be sarcastic with each other. It really makes me feel less nervous to have a doctor like that. I love that he calls me weirdo. He’s very passionate with what he does and shows it when he interacts with you. He is so happy that you did this and tells you how happy I’ll be, once you go through the hard stuff. I am so happy he was suggested to me. He has changed my quality of life. Make Dr. Nelman your doctor, you can’t go wrong.

He was very kind and gentle with my elderly mother. He took the time to explain and answer questions.

Full right knee replacement, much better than the left knee replacement 8 years ago by a different surgeon,, almost easy! I like doctors who are direct and who deliver,, thank you
