Hoping it was just an “OFF” day for her. The second visit was a bit better but not impressive… visits canceled because she was out that day. Don’t know what her issue is but definitely has one!

Family Physician who Listens
I have been with Dr. Crenshaw now for several years, I followed her when she moved her practice. I have been very happy with her and the office. Dr. Crenshaw listens to me, she is never rushed and takes her time to ask me questions. Her nurse is attentive and very helpful, office staff are very nice my appointment's are usually on time. wait time usually 5-10 minutes at most. Appointment scheduling is easy and staff are very nice to deal with, always helpful and accommodating.

Absolutely the worst
If I could leave zero stars I would. When I got a letter saying my NP had left I should have taken the hint. This dr has taken a decent practice and turned it into complete garbage.

Doctor Crenshaw
Dr. Crenshaw replaced my retiring Family Doctor and she is an Excellent choice. She is Courteous, Friendly, very Knowledgeable, Caring, and I know I will trust her with my health care as I did with my Doctor that retired. I was his patient since about 1986. I am very happy to have Doctor Crenshaw as my new Doctor.

I became an established patient with Dr. Crenshaw after my physician of many year retired. She is lovely. Appointment was on time, she reviewed my history, medications, and any concerns I have. She was not rushed and gave great advice.
