helped me with Ménière’s disease
I was very stressed because I couldn’t find a provider to treat me with my Mère after I lost my insurance. I was very appreciative of Dr. Osborne. She effectively treated my condition and was very accessible when I needed urgent care. Interactions were positive. She was very friendly and I felt she was attentive and understanding of my medical needs.

CNTD I would rate her ZERO (0) if i have an option
Continuation from my previous review. I had to post part 2 of the review since they limited the characters. When I asked about my son's adenoids, she just casually told me that they normally remove Adenoids when they do tonsillectomy which was a shock to us. She was rushing to get out of the room when she barely spent less than 10 Mins in the room and asked us to think and make a decision on my sons surgery 'Tonsillectomy' I wish i had an option to post her notes here which are stupid and Ignorant. I hope she quits medicine and never practice again to SAW OUR CHILDREN.

Lacks Empathy, very rushed
Poor service- she charges $300 for a regular office visit. You definitely don't get your money's worth. My first visit with her she was alright but the Clinic was doing Press Ganey surveys that week so I am sure that encouraged her to be on her best behavior. 2nd visit -no survey. She tried to prescribe me a medication that is on my allergy list, did not listen to any of my concerns, was dismissive. Did not have any time for my questions. Dr. Osbourne was out of there in under 10 minutes and on to her next $300.

I was very disappointed with her. She was abrupt, lacked empathy, had little interest in being helpful and I felt like she couldn’t wait until the appointment was over. She spent little time discussing her diagnosis and recommendation. I will find another ENT if I ever have the need.

Terrible experience with Dr. Osborne. She spent very little time with me once I was in her office and I felt very rushed. She suggested I get an audiology exam, and I just got the bill in the mail for it.... the cost of my visit with her plus the audiology exam was $$$$$ even after insurance adjustments. And no heads up that the audiology would be an additional cost. Would not recommend.

Very disappointed and frustrated, she has no interest in checking me as patient, just because she cannot see something wrong, it does mean is no healthy issue, they need to be investigated, not superficial and in rush. I am not sure what kind of doctors ccf has, but I am not going to see anymore from ccf... very sad experience, and I left with a bitter test about how providers is treating patients at ccf. I thought is the best Hospital, but is just the name... I am not surprise she has very low,

The doctor prescribed a strong antibiotics for a fungal infection, even though antibiotics do not clear or reduce fungal infections.

Dr. Osborne acted disinterested in my ear problem which I believed was caused by impacted wax. She asked me if I had time to take a hearing test without telling me that it would cost an extra $300 in charges of which I will have to pay nearly $150 out of my own pocket. Hearing test was completely unnecessary and overboard. Total cost of visiting Dr. Osborne for the purpose of removing a slight amount of ear wax was $1,000. This is a total scam and she is only interested in padding the bill.
