Excellent Doctor!

Terrible service!

Makes it impossible to book appointments. Doesn’t seem to really be listening to your health concerns. Makes medication refills impossible. Absolutely awful.

I generally end up seeing an LPN because she's not in very often. When I did get in to see her with chronic issues, she doesn't refer me to anyone. I have to figure out who to see. She also doesn't refill ongoing prescriptions for common medications.

Very positive experience. She is knowledgeable and professional.

After waiting a month for an appointment, they called 30 minutes before I was to be there to tell me there was no need for the doctor to see me. I explained that the lab work showed high leukocytes and wbcs, along with the CT scan indicating infection. I explained that I was having fever, pain, rash, and extreme fatigue. I was told that they could refer me to a dermatologist for the rash if I would like; but they would not be seeing me. I am completely dismayed at the lack of concern for patients. I would question if positive reviews are legitimate.

She is never in the office so when you call to schedule an appointment you end up with one of her staff. Then after calling for a prescription refill she say she has not seen me in awhile even though I seen one of the LPN’s in her office within two months. She then refused to refill the prescription and offers a referral to a specialist. The prescription I was using I had for 20 years never a issue and now she is passing the buck and won’t just address it with me. I was never really pleased with her thoroughness or her bedside manner. You will be a number and will need to prod info out of her so a person understands issues. Just not very good!

I really liked Dr. H. I like her attentiveness. She looks at you when she's talking to you. So I didn't feel ignored. I felt she was really invested in my health and helping me get my health back on track. I relocated out of state and wished I could keep her as my doctor.
