Other than parking (which is controlled by the Hospital, not the Doctors offices), visiting Dr Richardson is very simple and efficient. I was able to quickly complete the paperwork and was called into the back quickly and did not have a long wait before seeing the Doctor

As usual, Dr. Richardson listened to my complaints patiently and answered questions thoroughly. She explained the tests performed, findings and recommendations clearly. The specialists she recommend provide the same quality of service. She has treated me for over 10 years. I am very happy with Dr. Richardson and her staff.
