My husband has received bills from JPS UC stating that she was his treating physician and she was out-of-network with our insurance. Dr. Foran never stepped foot in my husband's room. Our insurer has advised us that she is breaking her out-of-network contract with the insurance company by charging us over $1,000 for the visit. So, my husband is getting charged over $1,000 for a visit with Dr. Foran and never met her. I would advise that you stay away from this facility and doctor.
