Could not be more pleased with the care and swevice I was given.

Dr Bala has been my oncologist for many years. She is kind and caring. She fully explains all my treatment options, and I am confident in her abilities. She has been a blessing to me and my family.

I'm so sad to know Dr. Bala is leaving the practice. She's the best!

She deeply cares for the patient

Back in 06/21 I was diagnosed with bone marrow cancer. I have been going to the facility ever Tuesday since then for a booster shot. Dr. Bala and her whole team have been nothing but spectacular from checking in to the awesome nursing staff. I have to have a stem cell transplant in November and I wouldn't be ready without them. Dr. Bala is retiring at the end of the year she will be missed.

Visit was perfect as usual… doctor and entire staff. I’m so sad that she is leaving.

After several cancer conditions Dr. Bala has been screening me for cancer. She has been my oncologist since 2009. Her doctoring skills are top notch, she takes her time with me answering all my questions and, above all, she is a wonderful person. I am very fortunate to have Dr. Bala as my oncological physician.

Dr Bala’s PA, Megan, and the infusion team at Cedar Park Regional Hospital also deserve a 5-star rating. As a cancer survivor I have always received very compassionate care from all of them. I couldn’t receive better care than what they have provided !

I really appreciate her care for her patients and take the time to explain what is going on with you and what needs to be done to help you get better. I really like Dr. Bala she has help me with my problems.

This was my first visit with Dr. Balasubramanian and I was totally blown away with my experience. I've been a patient with Texas Oncology for over 10 years and she is my 3rd doctor. She took the time to listen to my concerns and experiences, gave me options that I had not heard about or explored before. I appreciate that she researched additional treatments and presented the options to myself and husband, so we could investigate and collaborate on the best possible treatment for me. I have heard very positive things about Dr. Balasubramanian from other patients I am acquainted with and from my own family practice doctor, and they were correct in their assessment of her. I look forward to working with her in the future for my care.

The professionalism of the staff and Dr. Balasubramanian was on another level :-). The information and communication I received was refreshing,

yearly checkup.

I was treated out of town but I wanted to live closer to my grown children and I'm so glad to have Dr. Balasubramanian (Dr. Bala) when I relocated to Cedar Park. Dr. Bala is very kind and wants to listen and understand. She has patience to explain anything I questioned even the repetitive questions (sometimes chemo fog makes me forgetful) but Dr. Bala gladly repeats the answers with some new explanations. I believe Dr. Bala has a very good staff, receptionists, nurses, assistants and pharmacists. They (minus 1 or 2) all have very well-manners and patience. I love her phlebotomists. Very gentle and kind with inserting needles. There was a time when I didn't feel like having a trainee do my port insert, the nurse was very quick to change trainee to professional nurse. No questions. I felt respected. (I eventually had the same trainee do my port at another time because I felt better and trainee did a great job!). Their teamwork including Dr. Balasubramanian are awesome!

Dr Bala is an excellent doctor who really take an interest in her patients. She is very knowledgeable and explains things in simple terms. She provides the best care possible.
