Told her many times my thyroid medicine HAS to be NAME BRAND ONLY!! Recieved my 3 month supply from Express Scripts, GENERIC!! Had to throw it all in the trash! My thyroid doesn't take the GENERIC! Called her Katy office, they told me they would send the Prescription Correctly, they NEVER did it! NOW I have to go somewhere else for them to send it in correctly for me.

Good luck scheduling/getting them to do anything
The front office is absolutely horrible. Impossible to get ahold of and get any sort of referral sent to a specialist. Never want to deal with them again.

She is barely listened to concerns and didnt complete my physical in person. She then coded incorrectly leaving me with a bill for no care for my wellness visit.

Discourages her patients and wait times are longer, We chose her as our primary care doctor and after couple of Visits we realized she was demotivating and writing the prescriptions which she was not sure of. She got in anger mode one day during the discussion and forcefully imposed her diagnosis to do a follow up every week. This was totally depressing and demotivating. Will not recommend her to anyone !

I had my first appointment with Dr. Reddy yesterday. It was awful! She was text messaging several times while I was talking to her, not listening to me. She repeatedly asked me the same questions and was very distracted and rude! It was a big waist of my time and money!

Terrible, condescending person. I went to see her with an anxiety and insomnia problem. I was going through a divorce and suffering from PTSD and undergoing counseling, but was still having trouble sleeping to the point where it was impacting my ability to work. She treated me like a drug addict and asked who recommended her, where I lived, and why I chose her. She was not helpful, she was accusatory, and didn’t care. I left her office in tears. Horrible, cruel woman.
