I like that I am seen by a Resident first who goes over everything and I can talk with her. I think this frees up time for Dr Nguyen so we can spend more time discussing the problem I am having. I am very happy and grateful for all the care I receive at UCI Health. Thank you.

Doctor was very nice and articulate. I do have trouble reaching her to confirm my medication dosage. Pharmacist mentioned that dosage was a bit high. That made me unsure of it. I called the hospital three times already to confirm. Haven't got a call back yet. Not sure if the doctor is not getting the messages or not.

I was very sick and had difficulty seeing my doctor. I went to Urgent Care which ordered blood tests. The results from the lab test came back and showed increased white blood cells and low sodium levels. After the results were posted I never heard another word from Urgent Care so had to wait another week to see my Primary Care Doctor. During that week I was very ill. Somebody dropped the ball.
