Dr. Lan Nguyen, MD

After weeks of calling doctors going for visits with any hope for pain I found her. I hadn’t walked worked or anything in two months without crying out in pain. She immediately began tests, ordered needed X-rays, and scheduled my first epidural steroid lumbar procedure. I was so scared of anyone with my back or spine area yet she made it easier since she had so much experience I felt confident all would be ok. It helped some of my pain with medication and we do another area of the lumbar in two weeks. Then possibly two more one a bit more extensive. I cannot wait to get them done. She is very patient and makes sure you understand. And her staff. They are so nice and friendly always willing to help. This is the best pain doctor and staff ever.

I have been a patient several years very tentative to my issues, concerns. Great bedside manner. Answers all my questions and explains them clearly. She is truly there for her patients. Happy to have her as a provider.

Dr. Nguyen is an excellent doctor. She listened to me and found out my problem and treated me immediately. My pain greatly improved and I was able to enjoy doing my exercise and hobbies again. She is a caring and compassionate doctor. I highly recommend her.

The office staff are amazing and she is a good doctor. When she listens to you she tries to help with the issues. She is also caring. I would highly recommend her.

Dr is fine, working with her staff a different story. Visited in October. Ask to pay several hundred dollars for test even though I had insurance and it covered it all. Was notified that a check would be returned for my payment and ask to call and verify address, which I did. Have left messages and still no check returned and no return phone call.

Amazing listener and very compassionate. She addressed my issues and made me feel like an individual and not a drug seeker like most pain doctors. My job requires 8+ hrs of computer and causes me neck pain and headaches. Because of Dr. Nguyen I feel like a new woman because of her and for that I am thankful.

I have been a patient of Dr. Nguyen's since around April 2020. I consider her to be "tops in her field" with her quality of care being excellent. She has figured out what my problem is and is giving excellent treatment. Dr. Nguyen's office is top of the line, staff is freindly and very helpful in making appointments. There are nice appointment reminders too. I especially like no delays when having an office visit. I have zero reservations in recommending Dr. Nguyen.

DO NOT CONSIDER THIS DR. IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD! I HAD A SCHEDULED APPT WITH HER FOR 2 MONTHS AND SHE HAD MY RECORDS THE WHOLE TIME! UPON ARRIVING AT MY NEW PT SHE REFUSED TO SEE ME BC OF WHO MY OLD PM DR WAS. SHE IS A HACK AND TOTALLY IRRESPONSIBLE!

I think she's great and she explains everything. She is as nice a person as I've ever worked with.

Dr. Nguyen is a very compassionate and thorough physician. I have a condition that can be difficult in many ways and she has been understanding and works with me at every appointment to make sure I have a good quality of life. Great staff, super helpful! Office is quiet clean and always very efficient. I highly recommend Dr. Nguyen for anyone with a painful chronic condition. She is patient focused, first.

Dr. Nguyen is by far the best doctor I have been to. She will actually listen to what you have to say. She cares about her patients needs and always makes sure I am feeling better. I highly recommend her and I would trust no one else to be my doctor.
