I will never want to come back to this doctor . I don't know how good she is but the way she treated patient is not like doctor so as her staffs . Instead of denial to see me she made many difficulties for me to feel uncomfortable. While her staffs called me for the appointment that means all the papers must be processed but when I came she still said the procedure was not approved ... I couldn't explain what happened to her office , very very upset also this affected to my health and spirit.

Nr. Nguyen does not want to listen to the patient. I left the office without knowing anything about my condition! She left me with an assistant, hoping she's coming back. instead, she wrote me a prescription without even healing anything from me or telling me what my problem is! Worse experience in my entire life! I can't even talk about the useless people on the front desk. I thought this office was acting for "what would you do" show!!

Simply stunning. She was kind, caring, and patient, even taking the time to explain everything to my mother. The staff was amazing and spoke many languages to converse with everyone. Furthermore, the office was spotless, the bathroom was probably cleaner than my own and I am a neat freak. It was also very professional and she was very efficient.
