Dr. Lance Walsh, MD

I would recommend Dr. Walsh and his staff to anyone. They have been exceptional to me. I couldn't ask for better care.

Worst experience of my entire life. Now I have to live with this BOTCHED #Urolift procedure Dr Walsh performed on me for the rest of my life.

The staff is the most unprofessional and unhelpful. I don't know if this is encouraged by the Doctor or if he the cause of it all but I'm leaving the house now to drive up to the office and cancel my in office procedure for two days from now because they DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE. I've tried to get a question answered for the last four days and they refuse to answer my concern. Very bad experience.

Everyone on staff was attentive and professional. I was overwhelmed with their care and expertise. Dr. Walsh was thorough and diagnosed my problem. With his laser surgery expertise, I am able to enjoy a full life again.

Great visit - Dr. Walsh is phenomenal. Glad he is in Northeast Texas

Dr. Walsh is a very understanding and compassionate doctor who takes the time to answer any questions you have and explain the different medical options. He performed a urological procedure on me and it was very successful. I would highly recommend him to anyone with a urological problem.

Today I called Michael Walsh MD at Rancho Mirage, to schedule an appointment, The woman that makes Appointments told me she was busy and would call me back. Well, 5 hours later I’m still waiting, and now the office is closed. So I would recommend the person to tell the customer when, and what day, or week They might get to call back

It is natural to feel anxious about any procedure which was certainly true in my own case. My experience with Walsh Urology was a positive one. My initial visit with Dr. Leifer was excellent. Painful though it was, I managed to laugh! I received excellent care on that day. After diagnosis the wheels of progress moved accordingly and I next saw Dr. Walsh. I think he had a professional and compassionate "bedside manner." I am pleased with the final results of his expertise. Staff did well, too.

Best experience I’ve ever had. The nurses and doctors are great. I totally recommend them. I had a problem for two years. Seen the doctor and no more problem.

My experience at Walsh urology has been excellent. Dr. Shandera is just wonderful. Dr. Shandera performed prostate surgery on me and and changed my life in a great way.

The office is nice and clean. The staff is friendly and professional. Dr. Walsh is the best. He takes time with you, explains and answer any questions. You don't find that in Doctors today.

I had a few appointments with Dr. Walsh, but actually never seen this doctor. I was seen by a PA. The office staff does not know what the word "professional" means. And don't even think of the word compassion. They refuses to schedule an appointment. Her comment is, "Check online, you will see when you're scheduled." I explained this would be not be possible, she just walked away. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE- NOT! Now they are trying to bill me for a missed appointment. No way will I pay this!

Went to him when I had painful kidney stones, his nurse Maria was so mean and rude to me and my daughter, I overheard Maria talking badly about me and my daughter to Dr. Walsh, after that he would not attend to me, he had sent me to get some X-rays done and never returned any of my calls to see what my results were. He was kind at first until his nurse Maria said negative things about me. This happened a year and a half ago.

The quality of Dr. Tanagho's care is outstanding! I like his beside manner.

Depends on his staff as he is never available and never responds to issues. I would not recommend this Dr.

This was the absolutely worst experience of my life, I don't understand how they get away with doing a biopsy to a vital organ inside your body (prostate) without complete sedation . It was like being medically raped. ! I called to talk with them about it, I got a managing nurse, she said she would have the doctor get right back to me, but they never called back.It is now day 6 from this "procedure" and I am still having complications.

A very professional busy practice. Awesome service at the highest professional level. Dr. Lance is a wonderful doctor and person. I highly recommend the practice to anyone in need of his services.
