As a fellow medical professional I was stunned by the unprofessional behavior of Dr. Zernzach and his office staff. I have never in all my years encountered such a high degree of incompetency and lack of compassion. So prevalent were these issues that me and the four other members of my family terminated all healthcare with the Zernzach practice. The he remains licensed is astonishing to say the least.
