Cancels telehealth appointments day of
I had scheduled a telehealth appointment with Dr. Mueller regarding a knee injury. My urgent care doctor and the receptionist scheduling the appointment both said that I can do my appointment via telehealth (without me even asking if it was an option). After a week of getting emails and calls asking me to confirm the appointment (which I did numerous times), I receive an email an HOUR before saying that he is cancelling the appointment and refuses to conduct it via telehealth. I was not given a good reason why he couldn't do the appointment either. Super unprofessional and clearly does not care.
