Disgusting judgement nasty human being
While staying at Hillcrest after giving birth to my daughter Feb 2021.. I had been up all night delivering a baby.. irritable & crabby because I just wanted to go home. My dr said I could go home. It wasn’t my first baby & I was very stressed about the chances of my newborn baby or I catching covid. The anesthesiologist had punctured my spine so I was in excruciating pain that I was told was normal. (It wasn’t; I went to UH er after I came home & couldn’t lift my head without being in pain).. apparently the fact that I have bipolar & anxiety & was irritable because I was told something different about going home than what my dr was saying.. I guess that gave them the right to confront my husband in the hallway to ask about mental state in which he laughed & told them I haven’t slept or eaten in 2 days. Couldn’t get any food because the cafeteria doesn’t answer calls. Spent money at the little bar at the corner that gauges their prices because they’re next to the hospital.. for this nas

Dr. Feldman is a great doctor and a great person. I appreciate her empathy, the time she allows me to talk through issues and her prescriptions have made the difference in my quality of life.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. She tried prescribing me at least 10 different medications. I tried calling her line at the Cleveland Clinic while having a panic attack from the medication, and she called me back 2 days later saying 'oh, you called the wrong number', without ever updating her answering service with the correct number. She also billed my insurance '$800' for my first visit with her 'virtual'. Do not go to her!

She's absolutely terrible. Don't waste your time or money on her or any residents that gave to report to her!
