Dr. Mashensky is amazing. she is very caring, she's well thorough with all the answers to my questions. she really knows what's best. I highly recommend going to her, she will help you in any possible way.

Dr. Mashensky is a gem of a doctor! She is your health advocate without fail. She attended to me in her office during COVID- 29, called my Lyme disease , treated me in her office ( even though it was past her closing on a Friday night) and sent me to the ER. Lennox Hill ER dr. Overlooked my symptoms and Dr. M insisted that I get my tail to my nearest ER and sent them a letter to Insist I needed intravenous antibiotics to send that disease back to the hell where it belongs. She called it- was admitted and the docs all mentioned how lucky I was to have a good doc ( which of course I already knew :) Another flub along the line and Dr. M was there again advocating for me. She is the tops and a thorough and very knowledgeable professional. She bridges the breaks of communications in our medical system - and she’s got a good dry sense humor :) Her staff are professional, efficient and pleasant.

This place has great service. Dr. Larisa Mashensky is great, super nice and has always been caring and informative. Dr Larisa Mashensky was thorough with any appointments and extremely knowledgeable. She has always been amazing and she is my best doctor!!!

Dr. Mashensky herself and her whole support staff were kind, warm, extremely knowledgeable and skilled. Her professionalism exudes both confidence and caring. My husband and I constantly getting sick every month. Dr. Mashensky was able to help us to figure out the underlying causes. She explains everything really clearly and gives you as much time as you need. The staff is very courteous as well. We strongly recommend Dr. Mashensky!

Only scheduled a 3rd appointment because needed a refill for my allergies. When I called they didn't tell me they moved to a different floor, had to go downstairs again and ask the doorman. Waited for over one hour, lots of angry people before me. Constant problems with prescriptions and getting them authorized. My allergy turned out to be an infection, the pharmacy never received my urgent prescription for antibiotics , today is Saturday and there is no way to reach out to her.
