Dr. Larisa Ravitskiy, MD

Had my annual skin exam w/Dr Larisa Ravitskiy. I had 3 separate skin issues to discuss in addition to the annual skin exam. The assistant seemed very inexperienced & I had to stop him 3 times from walking out bc I had additional issues to discuss. When Dr Ravitskiy walked in she was acting rushed & it made me feel like I was disrupting her day just being there. I was told I needed a 2-3 week follow up but the doctor was booked & did I want to be seen in their other office by different MD. After that very unsettling experience I definitely wanted to a different MD. When I called to follow up regarding my unsettling experience, I was told when I come in for my annual skin exam, it is not to treat other conditions that I needed to make another appointment for that & that’s why she seemed rushed (no excuse). (I did not know that & no one informed me during my visit knew? Not me.) I’m a retired nurse. This is not the way to treat a patient.

I scheduled at this Institute for a second opinion on carcinoma treatment. Assuring me of timely, effective MOHS procedures, I scheduled surgeries with the Institute. Much later, after both surgeries, when the billings began appearing, I discovered that the initial (mostly verbal) consultation, at which I furnished a written diagnosis and MOHS treatment plan, and lab results, cost me MORE at the Institute than did the original diagnosis by the MOHS surgeon who discovered and extracted the cancerous skin samples, removed a non-cancerous polyp from my face, and employed cryosurgery on three areas of my skin. 7 months after MOHS surgery at this institute, I found the squamous cell incision area exhibiting an inflamed skin lesion, the basal cell incision area exhibiting a pronounced lump due to being sutured closed too tightly, and the Institute's billing department devoid of capability for handling my regularly-made payments.

Dr. Ravitskiy and her staff were very kind, caring and professional. I would definitely recommend this practice to anyone in need of a dermatologist.

If you are looking for a wonderful dermatologist look no further than OSCI. Dr. Ravitsiy is absolutely amazing, knowledgeable and friendly. I have had some Cosmetic procedures done in her office and absolutely love my results!

Just coming from another great experience with Dr. R and her OSCI staff! Seeing wonderful results from laser hair removal treatments! Highly recommend for anyone considering!

Appointment was scheduled for 1030. I wasn't seen until 1115. I had scheduled a procedure. They messed up and said it was my fault and couldn't do it because they closed at 1. Had they taken me on time, they could have done it. The Dr. said I yelled at two of her staff. I did not. After years at this practice and putting up with waiting 30-45 minutes each time I show up, I'm done. Plenty of other excellent doctors that care about their patients. And they have friendly staff.

Wow! the doctor is great and so is her staff. I’ve been seeing dermatologist for the last 25 years and I finally found the best of them all. Her skills, bedside manner and professional staff make it one of the best experiences I’ve ever had! Believe it or not I look forward to each visit, LOL!

we waited 45 minutes and never saw the doctor. No one from the staff came in to update us about the wait. We understand that doctors can run over but someone either at check in or during a 45 minute wait in a gown should have updated us.

Dr. R is efficient and thorough. Great bedside manner and her staff rocks

I drive down from Mansfield at least once a year to see Dr Raitskiy. She is an outstanding doctor and a very attentive, caring doctor! Her staff is amazing and I highly recommend this health care facility. I can't say enough good things about the experience!

In this era in healthcare when doctors are spending less and less time with you, it is unique to find a doctor that is fast and efficient, but takes the time to know her patients. Dr. Ravitskiy is that doctor. Her staff is friendly and keep you informed of what to expect from the time you arrive through your appointment. I'm glad I found Dr. Ravitskiy.
