Retired but active nurse
I’m very picky about my doctors, so when I did research on Dr. Lim I was happy to become her patient! She is very personable, really knows her stuff and is easy to communicate with. She is always busy, but never rushes you through the exam. She gives good advice and others I’ve recommended her to are pleased with her care also. I just hope she lasts long enough to get me through old age.

Recommend highly!
After going thru the rounds at GFP, I decided it was time to find a new, dependable doctor for my family. We chose Dr Lim and wish we did it sooner! We have a great relationship and we trust her. That’s important. She will speak to you like an adult, and if you don’t want to know what is wrong with you, you have the wrong doctor!

Terrible doctor!!!!!!! Doesn’t deserve one star!!
Dr. Lim was a terrible doctor to my mother. We knew my mother had terminal cancer. When Dr. Lim was covering for my mother’s general practitioner in the hospital, she was disrespectful, not compassionate, unprofessional to me and my mother. She has no business dealing with patients like my mother who was told by her oncologist to go to the ER for labs and fluids. The ER admitted my mother because of fluid on the lung, pneumonia, and heart enzymes in her blood. My mother was trying to hold out for the results of a test that would tell her if she qualified for a next generation cancer treatment. The results took 2 weeks to come back. My mom almost made it, but towards the end 2 weeks of waiting, she had to be admitted to the hospital. That’s when Dr. Lim was absolutely atrocious to my mother and removed any hope of my mother living a little longer. I hope over a million people see this review. She is a dangerous dr for patients like my mother.

Terrible standard of care
Unfortunately, I strongly advise avoiding SIMEDHealth, and specifically avoiding Larissa Lim’s primary care team. The standard of care I received from this team was the absolute worst I’ve experienced to date, across providers and medical complexes. While my one-on-one experiences with the doctor were not unpleasant, I often felt she was a bit short and brushed off some of my health concerns. The more serious issue was the incompetence and dismissive attitudes among the office staff, including the medical assistant Bri/Bree, who was aggressively rude to me on several occasions as I advocated for a basic level of care. The team communicated poorly both by phone and via online portal, making it feel impossible to get my concerns addressed in a timely and effective manner. I also feel that this staff grossly mishandled a situation regarding a prescription and necessary prior authorization, resulting in over ten hours of phone calls and four weeks of repeat messages to the doctor before

Dr.Lim was very kind to my best friend who was facing death from aggressive breast cancer. I decided I should have her as my doctor, because of the way she treated my friend. I have found Dr. Lim to be very knowledgeable. She keeps me healthy and I am most appreciative. She doesn't sugar coat, but tells you exactly what you need to know. I have found her to be kind, witty, and straight forward! She is the best doctor I have ever had and I am 71 so I have had many doctor. On a scale of 1 to 5 I would give her a 10!

As a patient of some 15 years, I can say unequivocally: Mayo Clinic, Johns Hopkins, Stanford , name the best hospitals: No better doctor found than Dr Limm. ( One caveat maybe. If you’re looking for a doctor to tell only what you want to hear: Dr. Limm is going to tell you what you need to hear. And it just may , as with me, save your life. )

I've been seeing Dr Lim for many years now. She's a tough woman but honest! She's very honest with me and will tell me what she wants me to do. No problems as I've seen her so far. I speak what's on my mind and she acts fine with that. As long as she's honest and I'm honest I can't expect anything more from her! Keep up the GREAT WORK Dr. Lim!! She's worth a try in my opinion! 2018

Best diagnostician ever. Lots of tests to get to root cause. Great treatment with serious follow up and medicine "tweaking" until results achieved. Admin in office is so so. Other doctors in practice not all as good... but Dr Lim is really smart and cares.

Dr lim has been my primary physician for nearly 15 years and is the only doctor in my 75 years that has found and treated health issues missed by other md's such as contrast dye shutting down kidneys and gall bladder failure or even the failure of a surgeon not prescribing an antibiotic upon discharge even though a fever was present. There are other issues she has diagnosed that was missed by others making her the one doctor my family fully trusts with our lives.
