This physician is not concerned about his patients. Had been recently diagnosed with emphysema and after seeing this doctor for 10+ years never once has he mentioned likely hood of having emphysema. Never treated, tested or diagnosed. Now I find out from another doctor that I have emphysema. Prevention and/or treatment earlier would have given me more time before reaching this end stage of the disease. Also, office staff did not answer calls and followups on condition. Incompetent and lazy.

Dr. Dobkin has always apologized if I had to wait long, he takes time to talk to you instead of rushing you out the door. He has been my doctor for over 20 years .. I trust him, and that alone is worth waiting for my turn when I have an appointment.

Lacks respect for patient's time, waited over 75 minutes without any explanation and still did not see him! Could of gone grocery shopping or for a cup of coffee if the office staff had told me he was late. What has happened to communication and empathy for the geriayric patient?
