Dr. Laufer has been so amazing and helpful through this whole process of IVF. He actually takes the time to sit with me and explain every aspect of my care to ensure I fully understand what our plan is. He adapts well and shows great care for his patients, more than just about any other doctor I’ve ever seen. I’m truly thankful that we have him in our corner and I’m excited to get through Covid to continue this process with him and his team.

My first initial appt with Dr. Laufer was good up until I went to pickup my meds. The 45min wait turned into 2hrs because he did not put my meds in the system. A few days later one of my meds was giving me a rare side effect. As stated on my instructions, if it does occur to contact my DR. I called twice a day for 2 days with no one to return my calls. This is day 3 of no answers! I was told the message was left for the DR but they've been too busy to return calls. Worst patient service EVER!
