Arrogance
I took my mom to see the dr, her friend recommended him, so I had high expectations going in. He was very arrogant and rushed the office visit, did not take the time she needed to explain everything to her. He ordered a sleep study after months of other tests and cancelled on her twice when she was trying to get the results of all of her tests. Right now, there's an issue with her getting a cpap machine because he didn't sign any of his notes, his MA did. That doesn't work with Medicare. There have been 7 phone calls back and forth and still nothing has been done to get her what she needs. Ridiculous. This whole situation started last September, which is now a year. It's very frustrating. I wish she could switch dr's but she's too deep in right now to start over with another one. For now, I'll keep posting negative reviews about him.

Arrogant
Doctor is quite arrogant. He has not taken much time with me to allow questions; did not go over test results that were relevant to my diagnosis. Response to phone calls slow and even then, I was transferred to someone else who has not returned calls made three times now. I would like answers and I am not getting them. I do not feel important to them as a patient. Also, being elderly, masks are not worn in this office, where covid-19 community spread levels were at high just last week and down to medium since I began as a patient. Most health and medical facilities I've been to all require masking. Since I began wearing masks at the start of the pandemic, I have not had even a simple cold; no illnesses. Because of this, I do not feel comfortable at this practice. I could not recommend them to anyone.

Messed up my insurance twice and was told I needed 3 different CTs, MRIs, and other procedures and didn't tell me anything. He was also very condescending and didn't care what I had to say. I would not recommend anyone go here, it is not worth your time.

I came to Dr. Salberg for a second opinion and stayed. They are amazing, very helpful, kind, understanding, knowledgeable, and the care i have received is the best. It’s like night and day compared to other doctors. They are out of network on my insurance but I’d rather pay more for better care. I am blown away by the help I have received from everyone in the office and I am finally excited for my future. They are definitely helping me through a tough time. I have fibromyalgia, sleep apnea, hypersomnia, and neck and back problems. They are helping me with everything. I highly recommend The Neurological Institute.

Dr. Salberg and his team did an AMAZING job with my family member. I highly recommend him for many reasons. 1) He has seen it all. If you want an answer, he has got it. 2) His bedside manner is fantastic. He has the perfect blend of telling you hard information carefully and truthfully, yet can make you laugh too. 3) He is thorough. He will look at you from head to toe to make sure he knows what is happening with you. 4) His staff are absolutely incredible. My family member required multiple tests. He took us to the front desk, and the woman there literally scheduled EVERYTHING right then and there. She made the calls. She had us totally organized by the time we walked out the door. Absolutely incredible. In summary, as a fellow healthcare worker, I highly recommend Dr. Salberg. He really wants to help and will get you where you need to be. Thank you, Dr. Salberg, for the incredible care you are taking of my family member. It means the world.

Dr. Salberg took great care in examining me and listening to my questions, concerns, and symptoms. He took time to explain his professional opinion and recommended treatment plan. He was very easy to talk to. The wait time was great, 15-20 minutes. I had a very positive experience with him and the facility.

For those of you who claim to have issues with the office of Dr. Salberg please keep in mind there are issues that occur beyond his control. These issues include scheduling and cancellations based on lack of patient payments. I have nothing but the highest praise for Dr. Salberg and his entire office. Dr. Salberg has a unique ability to identify medical issues that many other doctors did not. His concern for health problems is sincere and his treatment has always been excellent. Although the wait to see him may be long, it is well worth it.

I was a patient of Dr Salberg for a little over a year and recently decided to return to my previous physician due to numerous issues. Wait times for Dr Salberg are excessive. On one occasion, I waited over 2 hours. When you do get to see him, he is more concerned with trying to catch up on his schedule rather than to address your concerns. This practice seems to be small and not capable of meeting your needs as a patient. I would highly recommend avoiding this practice.
