I've been a patient of Dr. Shrager's for many years, and a patient with this practice for 45 years. I have always had a positive experience. I am always afforded enough time to have any questions answered. I never feel like I'm being rushed out the door. On occasion the wait to be seen can be more than a few minutes, but I find that depends largely on the season (cold/flu). And I know if it takes a little while, it's because the docs are caring for their patients. I have recommended often

Complained about specific symptoms and he took blood. Blood came back negative for what we thought. That's it!!!!!! No other suggestions or concern about my visible symptoms. Wasn't what he had suspected so I guess it wasn't anything at all???? No follow up recommendations suggested. Still suffering from same visible symptoms. Interesting non-approach. Hope it's nothing cause it was treated as nothing. Wait time is unacceptable, at least 30 mins, but u better not b late or they won't see u
