From the consultation Dr Young and his staff are professional. You nevedr walk into a office that is over booked. His staff are always helpful, kind and are the best staff I have met in a long time. Dr Young takes the time to explain each procedure and he explains what a procedure can and cannot accomplish. As a nurse I have met many surgeons over the years but none surpass Dr Young. I am a slightly difficult person that experienced trauma, removal of a tumor and scar tissue. I wanted to look in the mirror and see a more balanced face looking back at me. Through Dr Young’s skills as a surgeon he went above and beyond what another surgeon would do. For me it has always been difficult to go to a plastic surgeon because I knew I was not a beautiful person but Dr Young has been patient and knowledgeable in what procedures would help me get to the point. I saw how he accomplished the goal described to me Anyone who chooses him for their procedures will be amazed at the results!!

It's been 2 years since my neck (and face) lift and I'm so appreciative of the incredible surgery that Dr. Young performed. I feel so much younger and I look so much better than letting myself age "gracefully." The entire office, and Dr. Young especially, are extremely nice and explain the entire operation patiently. I would do this operation again in a heartbeat as it wasn't that hard to recover and definitely worth the 6 weeks of recovery. Thanks again Dr. Young!!!

Dr. Young is known as the best facial plastic surgeon in Nashville for his beautiful artistic aesthetic, his professionalism and his kindness. I highly recommend Dr Young. As a bonus, he plays really great music while he works!

I am currently at 3 years post operative surgery for rhinoplasty and chin implant. I am beyond impressed by the work Dr. Young has done on me. I am blown away by my before and after pictures and how great my nose looks today. Calling him a miracle worker would be an understatement. After the surgery I had quite a bit of swelling from the open rhinoplasty which filled me with worry and concern. Anytime I contacted Dr. Young's staff he personally would return my call to reassure and calm me.

Dr Young was the first person who was honest with me about the importance of getting my broken nose fixed in a timely manner. If he hadn't gotten me in and spoken to my insurance company, I would have had to pay for the whole procedure out of pocket!
