Worst office ever Stay away from them Kim is not giving the right information and doesn't care about patient and staff are unprofessional and delays everything I won't recommend dealing with them at all this doctor should be focus on choosing his assistant and staff as it represents him and what a shame this lady is working in a medical office should be more organized, really this lady is not helping at all giving wrong information, Kim THE OFFICE MANAGER IS LIKE A NIGHTMARE UNPROFESSIONAL , she doesn't do anything to patient except giving wrong info , she doesn't even bother to look to notes or computer , when I called to ask about appointment she said done and after a minute called back sorry I was thinking someone else , she has no idea who she is even talking to , and she was blaming me for filling complaint with caloptima , this person should be reported to everywhere

Awesome Doctor. Primary specialty is doing brain and spine surgeries on babies/neonates at C.H.O.C. (Children's Hospital of Orange County), and St. Joseph Children's Hospital. He also performs Spine and Brain surgeries on adults at St. Jude in Fullerton. Both my Wife and I had spine surgery performed by Dr. Anker. We couldn't say enough awesome things about him taking his time prior to and after surgery to explain and answer any questions we had. His attention to detail and his being very nice and not rushed were also very much appreciated. 10 STARS IN OUR OPINION.

I was referred to Dr. Anker via my PCP for sever low back pain with a bulging disc. After receiving approval, I called for an appt. I was told by 'Theresa' that as soon as the Dr. reviewed my x-rays & MRI, she would call and set up an appt. 1 1/2 months later still no call and when I called back, she said he hadn't even looked at them yet. After another month, still no appt. I complained to my PCP. I am still having a lot of pain and it would seem that Dr. Anker is too busy to bother with my problem as 'Theresa' has yet to call back. Thanks a lot. I suppose my problem isn't high profile enough to be considered noteworthy.

This review is based on bad experiences with the front office. But it reflects badly on the doctor. After a recommendation for surgery we were seeking a second opinion. The front office(and probably the doctor) dint like the fact that we dint proceed with Dr Anker for surgery. Not sure what is driving this.. Money or Ego. What do you do when a brain surgeon does not want you to get a second opinion? Walk ... no .. Run for your life!

Very patient and clearly explains
