Dr Reagan could not have been more accommodating. I wanted to understand my options but be supported in whatever I chose while also getting her full opinion as an expert in the area. My husband couldn’t be at the apt and she was understanding in me wanting to discuss options with him before making too many decisions. She was informative without being condescending and supportive without being pushy. I walked away feeling like she wanted what was best for me and was willing to take the time for me to figure out and understand what I wanted. I could not have asked for a more compassionate and capable provider. I’m grateful for the surgery and the time I took to let myself heal. I think it was a team effort. Surgery is only part of the process. The process and information was set up for me to succeed. Though I have not been her patient, I have been by her side working for the last two years. During these years, I have learned so much just assisting her in her exams and procedures. She has so much compassion for her patients and goes above and beyond to do what is necessary for patients and staff. She doesn’t treat her patients like they are just people on her patient list, they all mean something special to her along with their families and it shows in her care for them. She has the same treatment for her staff. My favorite question I love to hear her ask in post op appointments is “ Are you happy we did it?” and the look and excitement on the women’s face is why I love to do what I do along side her. She is a excellent surgeon, listener, co-worker, and friend. I would trust my family in her hands. -An Observant Medical Assistant

Dr. Reagan is very informative and spends a lot of her time making sure I left her office with all the information I needed to make the right decision for my medical needs. We went to her for a second opinion and within minutes I already felt better with her opinion. She does not push surgical intervention but does give the option. She is very friendly and has a kind heart. Her Medical Assistant Kayla is very funny and very welcoming, they make a GREAT TEAM! I would recommend Dr. Reagan to any one with pelvic concerns. I did decide to have surgery and just waiting for the date.

Dr. Reagan gave me a solution for both my urgency and laugh/cough/sneeze issues. Bye-bye pads and hello happiness.

Outstanding! Superb! Superior! Compassionate! I could literally go on!!! I revived nothing but the best cares from start to finish and admittedly I was a little rude my first visit ??.. I was just so desperate and my condition left me so depressed and despite all that I still was treated nothing short of amazing. She was comforting and educating, she is a phenomenal surgeon!!! Anyone complaining needs to hold themselves accountable like I did .. sure I got lost but I also was not prepared and didnt give myself time to find the clinic which was really not hard to find. So please do not let any of those review rob you of this life changing superwomen! The staff OMG .. they are the best ..!! My entire experience pre and post surgery was outstanding! Dr. Reagan is phenomenal. Her whole staff is too! They always made sure I was comfortable and even before surgery, Dr. Reagan held my hand because I was anxious before anesthesia hit. I'm currently in recovery from a mesh sling, but I would recommend her over and over again!

Dr. Reagan is the kind of doctor that everyone would want to have...she performed a reconstructive surgery and complete hysterectomy after I had a uterine and bladder prolapse. She was recommended by my gynecologist here in Olympia. From the beginning of this process she always took time to explain every thing to me and was very supportive and I felt very confident because of her....she also has a great sense of humor which made this uncomfortable situation bearable....the nurses and office staff were also very supportive and helpful....I highly recommend Dr.Reagan and her staff if you should be in need of a urogenital surgeon....my results and recovery were excellent!!
