When Dr. Basile retired we knew it was Dr. Kelly we wanted as our doctor! She is so thorough in her exams and caring! She actually listens to your needs or problems and problems! She does not hesitate to run tests to find out what is wrong with the patient! She is exactly what a doctor is supposed to be, which these days is hard to find! We absolutely love her.I have to admit, though, I preferred the clinic before it merged with Baton Rouge Family Clinic. Main reason is when leaving a message for a doctor or a nurse a lot of times you do not hear from them for weeks! When it was Family Clinic of Opelousas they would call back within a day or two!

Dr. Kelly is a rare gem and they don't have many doctors like her anymore! She takes her time with her patients and truly listen to their pain and hurt to make certain that she is diagnosing them accurately. She does not rush her patients out the door like most doctors do today. She is a caring and loving individual which makes her a very loving and caring doctor. I'm so grateful that she's my primary doctor and pray that she never leaves the state of Louisiana or my medical network.

Dr. Kelly listens to you and provides the best care available. She makes sure your preventative health is managed also!

My first but not last visit was awesome. Ms Kellly addressed all of my concerns. She was friendly and informative. I was glad they had an onsite phlebotomist and I didn’t have to go all over. The wait time was not long at all. I would recommend her to family and friends just off the first visit

Dr. Kelly is attentive throughout the whole visit. She does not rush during the appointment. She makes sure I understand everything and always asks if I have any questions.

I started with Dr Kelly shortly after she started her practice out of med school. Over the years her experience has grown. When I reached Medicare age and tried to get a surgical clearance, I was informed that I would be treated as a “new patient” and then informed that Dr Kelly isn’t taking any new Medicare patients, essentially kicking me to the curb. I’ve not been a complainer and only use doctors when I cannot take care of myself. Apparently this was their issue, not enough business from me because I’m not a hypochondriac. To them, I’m not a profitable patient and unfortunately this practice has decided to value money over people.

You’re always greeted with a smile . She allows you to ask questions and voice your concerns. Your visit isn’t rushed and takes her time explaining your visit concerns and her concerns about your health. The environment of her staff and her demeanor is friendly and professional.

Dr. Kelly is wonderful! She genuinely cares about me and listens to all my concerns as well as takes care of all my needs. I was worried that when Dr. Montgomery retired I would have to change clinics. I miss him a lot but Dr. Kelly has made me feel really comfortable with me staying and caring for me. Since BRC has bought out the old Family Clinic the renovations are beautiful and I love having to use My Chart for all my medical records.

LOVE, LOVE,LOVE Dr Kelly!!! She takes the time to listen and will explain everything. She will also do testing and blood work just to be sure and rule things out. She is also super easy to talk too, like talking to a friend. I have been going to her for years and would recommend Dr. Kelly to anyone.
