Dr. Latoya Freeman-Beman, MD

Dr Freeman is kind and informative. Her office staff is abysmal. Appointments are not available for months, they cancel them less than 24 hours before hand, only offer pointless video visits during which the Dr tells you "we need an in person visit" - so you make one, and then they cancel it again, only offer video, if you want an in person appointment you have to wait 1-2 months again. Once you do, it will also get canceled with no explanation or apology at 4 PM the day before your appointment. The office manager has known Dr Freeman was out of the office for weeks, and still did not cancel my appointment until 19 hours beforehand. If you seek compassionate care and an office that treats you like a human being and respects your (lack of) health and time, look elsewhere. It should not take 3+ months and half a dozen canceled appointments to receive health care.
