Careless, needs more manners
Do not recommend this doctor and her spa! Dr. Bilbruck and her son, Sam, both are very great talkers. Sam treated me with laser and results are very poor. He offered redo for another thousand of dollars but before treatment he was trying to persuade me that my result is extremely important to him. Disappointed, I scheduled with another laser tech, Lindsey. This lady explained everything what could work and wanted to help. At the time of next visit, Dr. Bilbruck grubbed me and preached about my results for about 20 minutes, didn’t let me to see Lindsey at all and said that she won’t work on me. Careless to the highest degree! That’s the way they make money!

Dr. Bilbruck is the best in town! After going to multiple other med spas and cosmetic surgeons, I can appreciate her great nurses and staff. They can always accommodate my appointment times and get me in the same day, if needed. Would recommend her for filler, ZO skincare and any other needs!

She is the best doctor I've ever had. She understands my condition she listens to me and takes her time does not rush. And if she does not know the answer she reaches out to find the answer. She is a fantastic doctor and I trust her with my life and my medical situations. As a matter of fact she has saved my life at least once. I can not express how thankful I have her on my side with my medical conditions. 5 Stars all the way!
