Doctor Laura Blaisedell was fantastic. We miss her, she practices medicine with the context of recent experience as a parent which is extremely beneficial. I am shocked to see a slew of negative comments centered around political issues as of late seeing as how she left her practice in June of last year. If people are reviewing care of a physician they should have experience with that physician. My 2 year old son and 4 year old daughter received top level care. Her visit to us after our children were born at MMC helped us to know we had chosen the right physician. Her eagerness to educate was amazing. Laura Blaisedell provided practical advice for sleep/nap throughout development, pain management from new teeth, treatment of Influenza A with or without tamiflu, growth and development, nutrition, and more. We never experienced hardline advice toward pharmaceutical based treatment nor toward extreme non intervention. If she practices pediatrics in Maine again she is our first choice.

Very dispassionate and cold. Not really super knowledgeable. I think she's just in it for the money. Long wait times even with an appointment.

My children received misdiagnosis from Miss Blaisdell. She was rude, arrogant, dismissive and would not listen to our needs. We left the practice because of her. If you want to be treated poorly and not given proper care then this is the doctor for you.

She is arrogant, dismissive and makes you feel like you are not intelligent. She misdiagnosed my daughters ailments and would just "try" this or that, rather than use informative symptoms to diagnose.

'dr' blaisdell's view on childhood immunizations is irresponsible and irrelevant. She speaks like a typical brainwashed member of the big-pharma sheeple system. She talks more like a programmed robot than an intelligent person. She really needs to do her homework, remember her oath and stop telling parents that her way is the only way

As a vocal vaccine advocate, I expected and found many cheap/low blow online reviews on this site. She is my daughters peditrician and is an excellent doctor. Don't believe the one star trolls in this review that most likely aren't even from this state.
