Excellent First Appointment
I was seen within 10 minutes of arrival. The nurse was very nice and thorough. Dr Butz listened to me and asked questions and took her time with me. I feel very confident that my thyroid issues will get taken care of soon and I will feel better quickly.

Great Doctor
Great visit. Didn't have to wait long to get to the exam room. The nurse was friendly, and helpful. Dr. Butz was very knowledgeable and took the time to listen. Dr. Butz took the time to explain everything in detail and make sure all my questions were answered.

Discriminatory
They denied my referral without even have spoken to me and just going by one generic, basic lab when they didn't have the other labs from different providers that were more in depth, showing my condition was NOT managed when they claimed it was. Discriminatory, rude and uncaring practice. I would not recommend having your doctor sending a referral there if you looked for an ENDO doctor online and researched.

You Cannot Go Wrong!
Dr. Laura Butz is more than her expertise AND her experience.I want to see her pleased with my results. And, she most certainly was.My last visit, my A1C was 6.9...! 6 years ago, i was 8.3So go figure.... and Gloria on Staff helps by completing my requests for Financial Assistance. Lilly Cares Foundation.I expect to see more of her assistant from now on. Her name is Christa Kerns. She looks like a double to Dr Butz.

Thyroid Condition Care
Excellent doctor who is attentive and cares for you as a patient. I never feel rushed, and given ample opportunity and time to discuss my concerns and ask questions. The staff is professional and courteous. A plus in my book!

Best diabetic doctor I’ve ever had!
I have been a diabetic, and my 50 years since she’s been treating me I have gotten a A1 c under 6.5 which I didn’t think it was possible. She stays on top of everything and takes her time to talk to you about your concerns and your health issues. I highly recommend her.

Dr Butz is ALWAYS on time for appointments, I may wait 5 minutes max. She is always thorough, knowledgeable and explains her diagnosis to me, regarding my condition extremely well. Like talking to my Best Friend
I am a long time type 2 diabetic who doesn’t do what Im suppose to do. Dr Butz didn’t judge me but calmly and with care came up with a plan for me. Also explained everything in terms I could relate too!

It is clear that I now have osteoporosis and needed direction on what to do next. Dr. Butz was quick to recognize this and she recommended a med once a week and also explained that there are other choices if this does not work. Also, she recommended a half hour work out daily and also answered any questions I had regarding the new medication. So appreciated the time Dr. Butz gave to me.

I was having trouble controlling my blood sugars and my primary care Doctor refereed me to Dr.Butz. She has helped me get control of my sugars and answered all of my question about using insulin. I trust her with all of my diabetic needs.
