She shows up repeatedly late and is always rude/hateful. Zero bedside manner. She had no understanding about people’s life and circumstances. Be prepared to be just another name on the chart and for her to push for a c-section in most situations.

The best
I trust her more than any doctor I have ever had. She is compassionate and cares about her patients and listens. I have had 3 children with her watching over my health and wellbeing. Blessed to have met her.

Traumatic Experience
I saw Dr.Doan for the first time when I was 15. She recommended I get Nexplanon for my first ever experience with birth control. I had extreme side effects: gained over 50lbs, extremely depressed, bled for MONTHS. She seemed hesitant to remove it when I wanted it out, but eventually did. She then prescribed me a pill form of birth control that I also had issues with and the last birth control she prescribed for me I ended up quitting all together because of the extreme side effects. What really did it for me though, was the last time I went in for a pelvic exam. Dr.Doan accused me of having sex before the appointment(which I absolutely had not) and then proceeded to act disgusted by me for the rest of the exam. It took me 3 years to finally see another doctor because of how embarrassing and shameful that last appointment felt. I have a new doctor now and she’s fantastic. I hope no other young woman has to experience this.

She was fine for my surgery. During a visit she seemed like she was offended that I (laughingly) said she sewed my bellybutton too small. I didn't think too much about it, I was just commenting on how small it was and how hard it was to keep clean being so small. However, after surgery I was having some other problems. She just Rx this or that. Nothing helped. I finally gave up on her. I saw another Dr and found out the cause of the problem. Unfortunately, insurance won't cover it so I just get to live with it. NOT happy about that!

Don’t use! Schedules to induce labor and then doesn’t tell the hospital, what kind of doctor can’t get their life together long enough to follow procedure? Mom goes waiting to be induced and sent home because this “doctor” didn’t bother to have any follow through. DONT USE!

I agree with all of the concerns about bedside manner. Did not feel supported during my delivery and had no idea what I was supposed to be doing. I believe her lack of support and lack of willingness to listen to my concerns led to an unnecessary C section. She also left me with a new nurse while I was pushing even though the nurse made it very obvious that she did not feel comfortable being left alone with me. I wish I would have listened to my instincts and switched doctors before delivery.

Dr. Doan is respectful, personable, and is concerned with your overall health. She suggested I get a mammogram, colonoscopy, and to see a dermatologist for a suspicious mole on my back. These are all outside her scope, and is a testament to wanting you to be healthy. We talked diet and exercise then she gave me a book from her personal collection regarding healthy food choices. I have a couple health issues and she called to talk to me about test results. Compassionate is an understatement.

Dr. Doan, delivered my twins via C-Section in November of 2016. I was a high risk pregnancy, & SHE WAS AMAZING! I absolutely loved her cool exterior & how she always kept her calm in my panic states and truly made me feel relaxed and understood. She is a very competent, incredibly talented, and very caring physician, all these attributes made my entire pregnancy and delivery an amazing experience. I'm very grateful to her for everything she did for my twins and myself.

Dr. Doan was my doctor for 2 of my pregnancies and 1 miscarriage. My last pregnancy was very difficult, and she was there for me every step of the way. Dr. Doan is a fabulous OB and I highly recommend her!

This doctor took the time to explain things to me when I went to their practice. I had seen Dr Cobbinah initially (since she has great reviews online) and was very disappointed that she did not give me sufficient information and follow-up advice, etc. about my condition. I felt frustrated and anxious so I returned to the same office but asked to see a different doctor there. Dr Doan answered my questions and gave me very helpful advice and suggestions, going forward. I would recommend her.

She came in 42 minutes late into the appointment. Did not apologize at all for being late, and was very rude. I was attempting a VBAC, and understood the risks and knew that I was a good candidate for it based on my situation and the research I did. Dr. Doan was very negative, arrogant, and gave rainy day scenarios to the extreme as if they are going to happen for sure. I decided to transfer and never saw her again. During the transfer, I found out by accident she had me as a C-section patient.
