When I called for an appointment I was told there was a wait but when I asked if she wanted to see me before I went on a long vacation or after, she got back to me and finished setting me up with an appointment for the next week. She asked how I was doing and I told her. We discussed everything especially my recent appointment with my primary physician and I showed her my copy of the lab results. We discussed not only my IBS problem and medicine treating it but she offered other things I could take instead . She made suggestions too but did not object if I didn’t want to try them. She is patient and compassionate and I never feel rushed. I am very pleased with her professionalism .

Dr. Frado is an amazing physician. I have been suffering with Acid reflux for years and she is the only one beginning to help me!! Very personable and caring. Highly recommend her to anyone !
