Dr. Franck is always great listening to my daughter's questions, no matter what they may be, and answering her in a way that shows a great amount of caring. My daughter feels she could ask her anything because Dr. Franck never makes her feel ashamed or embarrassed. Dr. Franck's nurse was also wonderful. My daughter is extremely afraid of shots and she had a GREAT way about her to calm her down.

Brought two children in for back to back appointments and the health care team was extremely efficient at caring for them both simultaneously all while maintaining the privacy needed to discuss individual issues.

Dr. Franck has been my pediatrician for all 3 of my kids since they were born, the first 9 years ago. She is extremely knowledgeable and thorough but also kind, warm, and personable. She has gone above and beyond for our family numerous times over the years. She really listens to concerns and cares deeply for her patients and families. My kids adore her. I highly recommend her as a physician and respect her greatly.

Love Laura! She is so warm and passionate about kids. I'm so glad I chose her for my kid's doctor. From the first moment we met her at the hospital, we could tell she was very knowledgeable about everything she did and had a definite compassion and really cared about us. She is willing to take the time to go the extra mile to make sure we understand everything that is going on and help us with all our random silly questions. I'm so happy we now know Laura and recommend her to anyone!
