Ordered and did a bone density test in 2017, I saw the results but had no idea what they meant. looked fine to me! Forward to 2020, a new Kaiser Dr. picked up that my osteopenia is horrible. My risk for fractures (hip, neck and back)are extremely high and should have been on Fosamax for years. This could have prevented so, so many issues I now live with on a daily basis. Her follow up was non-existent and obviously, uncaring. She could have given me a whole different lifestyle had she been attentive to my test results back then.

Impersonal. Didn't ask about me or my health. Addressed 1 concern and then left the room. Also, her assistant never looked at me or smiled. This is an aberration at Kaiser. We have always had attentive doctors before. Will move on

A typical Kaiser doctor - accountant first, doctor second. In a rush, addressed one problem and was done with me. Spoke to me like I was slow.
