No air movement in waiting or treatment rooms, treatment rooms are broom closests so the patient, provider, parent in one room is an uncomfortable squeeze but great for spreading germs, provider does not listen to parents or patient, staff won't tell you that the patient needs shots so they call you 30 minutes after you left with attitude. Turns out they already marked the immunizations as complete before administration which is technically a medication error and falsification of medical documentation, and yes it took them 30 minutes to realize we weren't even there anymore despite checking out up front.Done with this officer and it's providers. You should go seek better medical care elsewhere for your kids sake. Maybe a provider that will listen.Update-- my son 14 month old now has pneumonia because she refused to listen in the appointment and blew us off. Luckily another provider did her due diligence.

just ok
I took my child with a 24 hours respiratory virus. My child always vomit with a cold for some reason. My child had also sore throat that usually accompany respiratory infections. The doctor suggested that a STREPT test was done. It was very painful for my child and unnecessary because she had signs and symptoms of respiratory infections and it was only 24 hours since she developed the respiratory infection symptoms. Doctor also suggested medications for pain and fever that would do nothing to the virus and potentially hurt the liver. Overall some of the suggestions were not necessary and potentially harmful. This doctor is ok but not my choice.

Springs Pediatrics is not a fancy office, but the doctors, nurses, and staff are the greatest. We travel over 30 minutes to go to this office. Considered moving my children to a closer pediatrician, but Dr Kellie is so very responsive to my children, I just can't switch. Highly recommend!
