Office waiting time too long but believe doctor just takes her time with her patients

BEWARE Doesn’t give you important results in timely manner, gaslighter, basic procedures like a colposcopy will leave you bleeding like crazy and cramping intensely for days, doesn’t communicate important info about procedures, rude front desk staff that doesn’t answer voicemails, speaks about other patient info in front desk which is literally just the waiting room so you hear everything they’re saying, delusional sense that she communicate and consoles you

She purposefully and maliciously withholds life changing results for days. Just money hungry to bill insurance and won't help until she gets as many appointments and money out of you as possible. Laura, in two languages this morning told her office staff that she’s done dealing with this patient and to get “them” out as she walked away into a room. Her receptionist Josephine apologized on behalf of Laura for the disgusting verbal tone, attitude, and the words she used telling us to get out because she “had enough”. Accommodating and taking an appointment and proceeding with it is not the problem. The problem is the doctor receiving a cancer diagnosis on Friday at 2:30pm and not contacting the patient until days later- Monday at 8:30pm. So don't use your excuse of “after office hours”. You are a rude, malicious liar, with no respect for your profession or patients. Do not trust or go to her. Should be banned from practicing medicine. Will be reporting her to the medical boards.

I have been a patient of Dr. Kuperman for approximately 9 years She truly demonstrates excellence in her standard of care. I am grateful to have found this genuinely caring GYN. I am also should say that her staff is very understanding and respectful.

I was really happy with my service during the first appointment I had with Dr. Kuperman, but it's been pretty downhill from there. I've felt really rushed, uncomfortable, and have been given incorrect information at times. I really didn't appreciate being popped open like a can of Pringles the last time I saw her. No warning, just stuck the speculum in and boom. Not cool. Looking for someone new.

Laura made me feel like I was on the verge of death over a diagnosis that is extremely common and completely treatable. I felt unwelcome by both her and her staff, especially one person who worked at her front desk. After finding a much better doctor, I found out a test Laura gave me was completely unnecessary and misleading. I believe she gave me the test to make more money and did not care about the emotional toll it would take on me to go through all of that. The final straw for me was when my lab results were very late, and when I called Laura's front desk, they did not care and gave me the runaround. Imagine waiting for important test results and having a doctor who does not care to give them to you in a timely manner. Turns out the lab just lost my results, which was fixed (by me) through a simple phone call to the lab itself. Please, I urge you, especially if you are a woman of color, to not go here. You deserve respect and the best care no matter who you are.

She diagnosed me and I asked her about my diagnostic and she said go to Google and see it for your self and she didn't explain what was actually wrong and I had to go in twice to know my proper diagnosis she was very rude and unprofessional.

She is by far one of the best doctors I've ever been to. The office and the staff could not be more professional, personal and warm. They have made me feel at ease and well informed. I deeply appreciate the care and attention the doctor and the staff members has shown me and my husband as well as friends of ours who have also used Dr Kuperman! Highly recommended.

I am very impressed with my experience with Dr. Kuperman. She is very attentive, easy to talk to, truly listens and always answers any questions. I put my trust in her ability and judgment. She is very confidant and pleasant. I would highly recommend her.

after having my annual exam- I need a prescription and the Dr. refused to call me about the prescription - instead wanted me to return to the office so they can bill for an office visit. will not be returning

She is very professional. I feel very comfortable with her. And she is the best!!!!

Horrible. She has no business prescribing fertility drugs. Had Two miscarriages under her care. When I expressed concern that there was an underlying issue causing miscarriages she dismissed me & urged me to move forward with more fertility treatments. I refused at requested my medical history. It took 21/2 months before her staff would release my documents. I went to a fertility specialist & discovered I have thrombosis, fibroids & endometriosis none of which she tested me for!
