Too busy to care!
Scheduled appointment 3 months ago (in April for July) but Laura Martinez MD, cancels appointment and offers only to reschedules 3 months out (in Sept). No consideration for patient illness, urgency, wait time. Very Inconsiderate and too busy to care!

Very patient doctor and staff
The staff was extremely accommodating for my elderly mother and the doctor very patiently answered all our questions. Highly recommend her and the staff!

I’d avoid this office at all costs- unless you like receiving (EXTREMELY HIGH) surprise invoices, seven months later, because the office decides to send your labs to a third party lab rather than the ones covered by your insurance. The office manager let me know that I signed off on this when I completed my new patient paperwork. Never discussed this with me during my visit and I NEVER even received the results of this lab.

I saw Dr. Laura Martinez in November 2018 for the first time. She and her staff were very efficient and professional in handling the issues that I came to see her about. Dr. Martinez is very personable and caring; she is very warm and has a great manner about how she cares for her patients. I was extremely impressed with how quickly she saw me, explained everything to me, and gave me a "path forward" to dealing with the issues that I came to see her about. Great doctor! You'd love her!

Dr. Laura Martinez is a fantastic doctor. She even personally called me on a Sunday to inform me about my lab results and to tell me that she had just called in a prescription to my pharmacy. Not many doctors would do that! She is knowledgeable, kind, and takes action. Great doctor! Carol
