Amazing experience
She spent an hour with me. Answered all my questions. Very compassionate and kind. I am so thankful for the kind of care I received. The staff was welcoming and knowledgeable!

They cancelled my appointment without approval. The obnoxious, condescending and arrogant receptionist sent me an initial voice mail while I was working asking for confirmation, the next voice mail I received early in the afternoon on that same day was a notification that my appointment was cancelled. When I called to find out what was going on, the receptionists tone was accusatory and condescending. She claimed she sent me paperwork to my email that I never filled out. I just checked the email and confirmed that I never received any email from the office. Even more frustrating is that I confirmed the appointment by text message a couple days prior and this was completely ignored when my appointment was cancelled. I can't speak to Dr. Reaver's proficiency as a doctor because the choice of administrative support for the office is severely lacking. Fail.

I saw Dr. Reaven for several years, and only stopped seeing her because I left the area. Dr. Reaven is a saint. She is so patient and kind, always spends more time with her patients than she should, and always goes the extra mile to test and diagnose. I didn't realize how lucky I was to have her. You can't go wrong seeing her.
