Excellent!
Dr Russo is an excellent doctor. She never rushes you, takes the time to listen carefully, answers your questions and is very thorough. Yes, you will wait, but I know that she is providing excellent care to others, so the wait is well worth it.

Only if you like to WAIT - appoint/refills/labs
An average appointment wait time is between 60 - 90 minutes , including phone appointments . When the doctor orders lab work, I have yet to have had an order filled out correctly. Codes, diagnosis or some other vital information missing, which if you have fasted or other just driven miles into town, can be EXTREMELY frustrating, not to mention the lab is not happy either. Refills usually take at least two calls into office.

Dr. Russo is a good doctor. She takes her time with each patient, which does mean a longer wait but she is well worth the time. She listens to everything you have to say and does not rush you. I always recommend her as a dr.

I'm new to the area and needed to choose a new Dr. I picked Dr. Russo Herrera from my provider's list. The first appointment, I had to wait an hour to be seen. I get that it can happen. So I shrug it off. The second time I went it, I waited an hour and a half! I was supposed to get a referral. I was told it was being treated as urgent. Two weeks went by without any information. I called to find out that the admin JUST got the referral notes and was sending it out today. Two weeks later.
