What a terrible experience! My wife and I left her office feeling disappointed from her rude and disrespectful behavior. She’s the worst medical provider ever. She doesn’t listen to our concerns and just rush the exam and she even left the room without asking if we have any concerns nor even saying nice meeting you guys! I’ve been in the healthcare field for over 15 years now, she’s a shame to this profession. Also, she doesn’t like to refill your meds and doesn’t bother answering any of the patient’s serious concerns. We’re planning not to deal with her anymore. Please stay away from that horrible person who treats you with a disgusting attitude!

She maintained professionalism, but was not kind or rude. She dismissed my concerns and acknowledged that she was doing so, saying 'I don't usually dismiss my patient's concerns.' I came prepared with notes and data, but was told that she simply didn't believe me because of my age. The tech who took data was kinder and more willing to listen to my concerns than she was. She has a side business with her other colleagues and was clearly pushing that agenda over her patient's concerns. I will not be back.

Dr Silk helped me through a difficult health issue during the pandemic. She gave me options and helped me understand the solution. When I encountered complications during a procedure she was calm and supportive. i would recommend her highly!

Awful awful rude staff!!!!! First time patient. I couldn’t have been treated more rudely by the front desk staff because I was 10 minutes late because of rainy weather and traffic. Girl at the front desk ignored me for five minutes and then told me that now 15 minutes late and the doctor doesn’t have to homer the appointment. I explained that I was 10 minutes late. They said they would have to check with the doctor but the doctor is in with a patient. I said, if she’s in with a patient she wouldn’t have taken me on time either way. Someone else chimed In that it was an emergency patient and it’s none of my business what time that patient came in. Horrible people. Rude! I walked out. Not going to put myself through something as vulnerable as my feminine health in such an awful office! So unprofessional.

Every once in a while you have to see a different doctor when yours isn’t available and I had to see her one time with my fiancé in the room. She was the absolute rudest person I have ever met. She was so disrespectful and spoke about my husband like he wasn’t there and was basically calling him an idiot. I will never see her again and I refuse to have any part of having her as my doctor. I had a medical condition and she was very disrespectful about that as well. She is just awful.

Do NOT even consider her as a care provider. She is rude, offensive, and inconsiderate. She will disregard any concerns you may have about your pregnancy, provide you with very little information about any risks to her suggestions, and schedule appointments without telling you about them. If I would have trusted her opinion my baby would have been stillborn. She will absolutely not listen to you.

This Doctor was on call and would not refill a prescription for me on a weekend while I was out of town. I realize it's not their policy. But, I didn't need birth-control, I needed an anti-viral which is best taken ASAP. Why she didn't recognize this or care, makes me wonder what kind of Doctor she is. Not a real one, in my book. By Monday, I will be in pain, uncomfortable and I will be blaming her, for her lack of compassion and unbending policy adherence.

She handled my miscarriage and then my next pregnancy. What was likely very routine to her was terrifying to me but she always made me feel taken care of, showing compassion, concern and made sure that I left her office feeling informed and that we had a course of action if any other problems arose. She always let me have a say in my care, which I find rare. I am actually sad that I won't be having any more children - because she would certainly be my doctor through any more pregnancies.

Dr silk is the best for me she is very honest to her patients ,kind and also funny.if I ever get pregnant again which is I don't think I will always go to her .???? B.E

She is a professional, informative and compassionate. She completed my D&C in 2014 and then delivered my Son in 2016. The journey was tough but she walked me through every process. She explains everything and takes extra time to answer any questions you may have. She never makes you feel rushed. She is the only Dr I trust in that office and the only reason I stay a patient there.

I?ve recently had a total hysterectomy performed by Dr. Silk and as I expected, she illustrated the utmost professionalism. Prior to the surgery, I was confident in her knowledge and her expertise and I considered her a mindful, considerate individual. Still, it was her thoughtfulness that exceeded my expectations with visits to check in on me every morning and evening while at the hospital. If you are searching for a capable, caring professional, I highly recommend Dr. Laura Silk.
